onde as raízes das árvores entrelaçadas
crescem em abundância,
e formam abrigos
grandes e antigas cúpulas,
e onde as lianas cobrem o céu
em tons verdes fosforescentes.
Gotas de água cristalinas e esparsas,
penetrando a camada espessa de vegetação,
caem como por magia
sobre o meu corpo diáfano,
causando a ilusão de uma súbita frescura
essencial naquele ambiente de ar denso
e humidade ardente, que provoca

nesta masmorra coberta de seres fantasmagóricos
e criaturas monstruosas,
compostas por membros misturados
de animais selvagens e Homens.
Nesta desoladora treva,

e, quando esta me ousou tocar,
deu-se uma enorme explosão de luz,
como se tivesse engolido uma estrela cadente
e me tivesse transformado na luz de um farol
que alcançava universos longínquos.

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it. That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter.
